Just 2 more weeks until my son graduates!
I found these liners and plates at Michael's, they are Celebrate It! brand. The cupcakes were made with the Perfect Vanilla Cupcakes Recipe from Glorious Treats and the icing is a traditional buttercream with a package of Duncan Hines Frosting Creations in Cotton Candy flavoring which give it the flavor and color.

I love the way the frosting looks like cotton candy. What tip did you use? Did you start at the middle of the cupcake or the bottom? Sorry. I just love finding new ways to make cupcakes look pretty.
